As a call agent: KEY MISSIONS1. Take charge of insured persons by respecting the rules enacted in the client's script2. Ensuring the quality of the customer relationship (reception, quality of listening, quality of information provided)3. Organize insurance coverage appointments by external partners (repairers, experts, etc.) in accordance with client commitments (time taken to make appointments)4. Inform the client about the characteristics of the services offered and advise him in his choice to aim for maximum orientation in the partner network5.
