- Passion for Quality: A long-term commitment to driving excellence in quality engineering.

- Testing Expertise: Solid understanding of the testing pyramid, including its more technical layers.

- Technical Skills Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like JUnit, PACT, test containers.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL, PL-SQL Familiarity with software architectures, including components and dependencies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and on-premise cloud infrastructure.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Good understanding of CI/CD practices and their integration into the SDLC.
- Manual Testing: Expertise in manual testing phases, including exploratory testing.
- API testing
