Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the Commercial Network, forging strong business partnerships with partners and dealer distributors within the assigned area, Germany.

strategic partnerships in order to build an extensive network of Silence partners and dealer distributors in Germany.
will be responsible for developing the business of fleet market in the assigned area together with the HQ fleet team (Examples: courier service, police, food delivery ¿).
together with the commercial director the strategy, guiding the resources and the team to achieve long-term objectives, to meet business needs and requirements.
the objectives set by the Commercial Director: number of dealers and number of sales.
tracking and analysis of results, establishing corrective measures on the identified deviations. Establish action plans as a function of the market requirements.
in collaboration with the HQ team, processes and our CRM (Hubstpot) to scale the sales effort without compromising quality or support.
and maintain an effective, professional long-term relationship with partners and dealers within Germany.
partners and dealer distributors in maximizing sales volume and profitability.
the implementation of Silence's Marketing and Communication initiatives, checking that partners and distributors incorporate them correctly.
After Sales Service provided by Silence dealership network meets Silence quality standards.
management: Support, motivate and develop the team. Identification of training needs of the same. Monitoring the sales plan (with the Business Developers) regarding the objectives.
onboard and train the best sales team ever.
Occupational risk prevention:
for promoting, coordinating and controlling that all actions carried out in their respective areas follow the guidelines established by the management on occupational risk prevention.
the help and the necessary means to the middle managers of their functional unit so that they can carry out their tasks correctly.
safety, quality and environmental aspects in work meetings with its collaborators and in the unit's operating procedures.
in the investigation of all accidents with injury that have occurred in their functional unit and take an interest in the solutions adopted to avoid their repetition.
out a follow-up and control of the improvement actions to be carried out in its scope of action, arising from the different preventive actions.
Environmental protection:
with and ensure that personnel under their charge comply with the environmental instructions and obligations associated to the environmental aspects of their position, particularly the adequate segregation of waste.
and ensure that the personnel under their charge provide the necessary information in relation to environmental aspects and the environmental performance derived from their position.
and ensure the participation of the personnel in charge in the activities of the management system, including training, awareness-raising activities and emergency drills as necessary.
and ensure that the personnel in charge notify any environmental incident to the System Manager.

: 5 años
training: Bachelor¿s degree in Business Management or International Business.
training system:Profiency in English and German. Training and background in sales is a must.
experience: Experience in the automotive or motorcycle sector, is valued in a positive way. At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a high-performance team, sales teams. Previous work experience high-demanding environment is preferred.
