As HR Analytics Specialist you will be in charge of the following tasks:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing data and statistics related to all employee life cycles in the company: hires, turnover, promotions, organizational changes, compensation decisions, demographics, etc.
Implementing relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior management.
Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
System administrator for SAP Success Factors Solution, managing data and business processes configuration, security, authorizations, mass structure changes, and uploads.
Liaison with IT staff for system updates, upgrades, and configuration tasks.
Participate in current and future HR system-related projects in varying capacities including design, testing, and change management.
Train and support HR staff on HR system functionality and reporting tools
Formulate different data sets into executive dashboards, presentations, and reports.
Render data analysis that can provide predictive statistics that can help drive HR decisions.
Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
A minimum of two year's experience in a similar role.
English language B2, C1 or C2 level.
Experience using human resource management systems and/or ERPs (Success Factors, Workday, SAP).
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power BI, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
