your functions
As People Administration Coordinator, you will oversee:
-The maintenance of employee base in SAM.
-The entire payroll process at a national and international level.
-Order management in ERP (creation of suppliers, order, invoice registration and flow control to guarantee monthly payments).
-The realization of onboarding processes, management of the incorporations and their entry documentation.
-Employee mobility.
-Labor management, labor contracts in different countries, labor certificates, etc.
-Lastly, you will also provide support to the team in the face of possible problems and will be the figure who resolves their doubts.
position requisites

Idiomas
: Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: sap -
Experiencia
: 4 años
-University degree in Labor Relations.
-Extensive knowledge of SAP.
-It will be positively valued if the candidate is used to working with an external supplier (ADP).
-C1 English Level.
-Advanced Excel level.
-Organized person.
-Teamwork.
-Adaptability to new situations.
