The Warehouse Administrative Employee is part of the Warehouse department and reports directly to
the Supervisor Counter, who in turn reports to the Team Leader Orderpick.
The primary focus is to provide administrative support within the department.
Provide optimum support for employees of the departments within the warehouse, so they can do
their work properly and as quickly as possible. This is done via time tracking processing, staff
administration, supervising orders and monitoring staff planning.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Support
Processes administrative data, proposes solutions, implements day-to-day activities in and for
the Distribution Centre.
Processes non-productive employee hours administratively.
2. Stock management
Prepares inventory and solves issues or questions that arise in Order Picking or other
departments within the Distribution Centre.
Monitors the Processes.
Identifies and anticipates on process stagnation well ahead of time.
Updates Team Leaders on status of process.

Conocimientos
: - Nivel avanzado de Excel -
Experiencia
: 1 año
Currently starting a secondary vocational education (MBO) or experienced in lower vocational or pre-
vocational secondary education (VMBO/LBO) with experience working within a Distribution Centre.
Provides timely services to (internal) customers at a high quality level and in accordance with
guidelines.
Is aware of the importance of cost control and keeps this in mind at all times during day-to-day
business.
¿ Has a positive and helpful attitude towards colleagues, takes over duties and provides support
