A Head of Talent Acquisition is a professional who develops and executes the company's business strategy related to Talent Acquisition responsibilities. The mission is to support the SLT and hiring managers across the BUs in meeting the business resourcing requirements; ensuring best practice processes are in place to provide a high-quality candidate experience that attracts and retains talent across the organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
TA Strategy and Leadership:
Responsible for driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space as well as being a thought leader to our existing team members by driving excellent recruitment operations.
Manage a global team of Talent Acquisition leads and recruiters and provide coaching and guidance to ensure recruiting targets are met while optimizing for diversity, efficiency, and scalability.
Effectively implementing and delivering a full recruitment life cycle that attracts and retains the best talent across the BUs, in line with business targets and objectives.
Promote the business, its culture, and core values by working closely with internal and external
stakeholders to develop and achieve the talent attraction strategy.
Operational TA Management:
Ensure the effective implementation and continued improvement of the recruitment life cycle
including onboarding. Establish scalable processes to enable you to deliver against multiple business priorities. scalable operations: by owning recruitment tools, and data governance.
Foster a strategic and data-centric team culture. Partner with TA and business leaders to assess short and long-term talent needs, as well as attrition and growth trends, defining the most effective sourcing strategy.
Introduce innovative TA methods, technologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition end-to-end process.
Identify and remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current recruitment lifecycle and reduce time-to-hire and spend. Monitor and measure new starter processes and drive continual improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Provide reports as required by the SLT, enabling the business to monitor spend and ensure budgeting targets are achieved annually.

Bachelors/ master¿s degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
10+ years¿ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. 4+ years¿ experience leading TA Teams for high-growth international organizations.
Experience leading a high-performing global team.
Hands-on recruitment experience across many role types including business development, corporate, and engineering.
Experience developing and managing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
