All the following tasks should be done for several company codes in different countries and in different ERP systems (SAP ECC6, SAP S4 Hana, AX Dynamics, Navision):
- Actively monitoring accounts receivables on a daily base (creating weekly aging report and follow-up on overdues, direct contact with accounts payable at customers, reminder process, contacts with agents, contacts with cash collection service companies, contact with lawyers)
- Monitoring credit management using Dun & Bradstreet and Atradius (evaluate credit worthiness of customers, set-up credit limits, release blocked deliveries) - Direct contact on an ongoing base with credit insurance company
-Review credit limits as well as oldest open items on an annual basis
-Bank statement posting (through FEBAN transaction or manually)
-Customer master data ¿ Finance view
-Creating weekly exchange rate report
-Regular Cash & Currency reporting for consolidation purposes
-Review our Email inboxes and treat all incoming emails and requests
-Preparing all needed AR activities for the month-end closing, and needed reports on a timely manner
-Completing all internal controls needed (monthly, quarterly, yearly) ¿ upload documentation in our tool Auditboard
-Business partner to Sales managers, Customer representatives and Logistics

- Commercial education or Bachelor in business administration
-Several years experience in AR department in an International company
-General knowledge in statutory accounting standards
