Important multinational manufacturing company for strategic sector industries.

Be the focal point for all customer enquiries and either handle them directly or co-ordinate with the appropriate resources.
Edit and process orders to agreed service levels and provide information as required about its progress.
Meet regularly with key customers to fully understand expected service levels and issues relating to their business.
Provide quotations and lead-time service for standard products and follow up with the customer after quotation.
Process complaints and ensure that customers are kept informed of investigative progress until satisfactorily resolved.

: Ingeniero Técnico, Ingeniero Superior, Grado -
Idiomas
: Inglés: B2 -
Conocimientos
: office -
Experiencia
: 2 años
Ideally educated to `A¿ Level or equivalent with good evidence of numerate skills.
Scientific qualifications would also be an advantage in view of the technical nature of both the product range and the customers¿ industries.
Mandatory Level C1 English (Effective Operational Proficiency) with the candidate being able to manage difficult situations, negotiate and write effectively, plus local language at the same level. Being operational in a third language is a plus.
Self-motivated, able to work multi-task keeping attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
Good communication skills, assertiveness, and effective writing.
