You will join a visionary, highly technical team where your work will help shape the future of data analytics. Your expertise will be key to building the data foundations that enable better decision-making and generate business value across all areas.
your functions
- Design and implement enterprise-grade data pipelines and advanced analytical dashboards.
- Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and modeling processes in structured and cloud-based environments.
- Build and deploy best-practice solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance data products.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and finance requirements¿including OTC, STP, and RTR¿into actionable data strategies.
- Develop robust, governed datasets to enable self-service analytics throughout the organization.
- Enforce and maintain data governance, quality, and compliance standards across all analytical initiatives.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and scaling data engineering capabilities within the team.

Basic Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for collaboration in international environments.
- Bachelor¿s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, complex formulas, and advanced analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills, with a focus on querying, transforming, and optimizing large-scale datasets.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes (extraction, transformation, and loading), including integration with various sources and endpoints.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Advanced SAP knowledge, specifically regarding table structures and data models.
- Background in Finance or financial processes, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data science or engineering (e.g., Python, R).
Additional certifications or academic projects specialized in advanced data analytics.

- Working Hours: From 08:00 to 17:00 (with one-hour flexibility for both start and end times).
- Vacation & Leave: 22 working days + approximately 12.5 compensatory days (pro-rated based on contract duration).
