    As Account Manager, you are responsible for selling the company¿s complete product range within the designated area. You are responsible for maintaining the existing customer portfolio and will work on expanding sales in your region. You will attend product presentations and product demonstrations in operating rooms in hospitals. You will also attend conferences, fairs, and tenders. Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by growing new and existing business in your target groupIncrease¿s sales volume and margins in your districtUse insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to the company¿s portfolioResearch prospective customer organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to be involved in the purchasing processCoach customers stakeholders and build consensus for company solutions within their organizationMaximize customer satisfaction and loyalty resulting in long-term contracts for the supply of your productsIndependently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal level challengesSet up a business plan to achieve goals and derive individualized goals for each customer accountCollaborate with KAM to optimize the overall strategic approach of key accountsManage public tenders and price quotations in collaboration with the Customer Service Department, the Products Divisions and the Sales DirectionInform customers about company products and innovations and promote company image to themParticipate in the launch of new products and apply our marketing strategy in the fieldOrganize symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions to promote the productsPerform a competitive intelligence on products
