    Our client, a multinational company leader in its sector (Financial Services) is on a journey to transform itself into a fully data centric model. These will involve developing new business lines and leveraging data across the whole organization.  As Advanced Analytics & Innovation Director, you will:¿ Lead +50 data scientist team with focus on improving operation using ML, alternative data, digital outbound campaign, etc. Manage analytics team leading to higher efficiency and up-skilling (in coordination with HR).¿ Implement advanced data harvesting: for critical data sources develop or evaluate acquisition of tools and methods to leverage new data sources (e.g. speech analytics, image recognition etc.).¿ Manage collaboration with functions and service lines and manage analytics developments and support for business units according to BAU priority pipeline.¿ Receives new ideas from other areas and help shaping future strategic directions and initiatives.¿ Develop and support new products to be used by the people on the different business lines of the company.¿ Manage and develop internal knowledge bank (catalogue and models).¿ Develop Innovation through POC within sandboxes: focus on ML/AI/Advanced analytics (predictive applications).¿ Develop and improve Test and Learn analytic framework to quantify impact of new products and processes.

Overview This person will be a key member of the Employee Relations (ER) and Employment Law Department, responsible for investigating employment-related complaints for VCNI. The position will be based in Europe (London, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam or Budapest). The position requires a complex multi-tasker, with a high level of emotional intelligence, integrity and discretion. This role, along with the whole ER team, is instrumental in providing a safe, secure culture at VCNI, across all divisions, where employees are not hindered by any bias or behaviors that limit their potential success. Responsibilities At the direction of the Vice President, ER and with guidance from internal Employment Counsel, you will investigate allegations of unlawful behavior and/or violations of Company policy in compliance with applicable law and Company policyLead investigative process from beginning to end inclusive of complainant intakes, subject and witness interviews, and review/analysis of pertinent documentationComposes documentation inclusive of closing correspondence, investigative recaps, and case summaries as requiredPartners collaboratively with Legal, Labor, Security, and HR and updates stakeholders appropriatelyMakes recommendations regarding potential disciplinary measures and/or coaching support based on investigative findings and consistent remediation efforts throughout Company divisionsUtilizes, manages and updates caseload regularly through the ER database management systemIdentify issue trends and proactive solutionsListens to internal clients, assesses situations and guides individuals toward effective problem resolutions and optionsAssists in litigation as necessaryResolves employee concerns about discrimination, harassment, bullying and other inappropriate workplace behaviors, including but not limited to violation of the Company¿s Business Practices Statement.Partners with HR on training initiatives to educate employees and managers on non-discrimination and non-harassment.Align within the D&I VCNI strategy and partner with Office of Global Inclusion
