Job Responsibilities- Contribute to the Sales Performance by achieving the sales objectives- Pre sales support: manage customer¿s enquires about training and products, supporting the sale process, through all channels (phone ¿ chat ¿ e mail). He/she will support customers to choose the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises, training programs and contents- Post Sales caring call: contact customers in a post purchase process to support them with product and solutions, giving them all helpful advices and suggestions to use our products at the best and ensure outstanding customer experience- Promote and deliver personalized value added premium services (remote coach)- Guarantee Inside Sales team continuous training on products and training programs- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new businessopportunities- Provide 100% support of CRM tool (salesforce.com) and follow Technogym Sales Methodology- Maintain constant and up to date product knowledge- Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market
