Manage and monitor the full order process, from entry to invoice.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries (external and internal).
Track and resolve order-related and transportation incidents.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Maintain records and provide regular updates on order status.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service function.

Formación
: Educación primaria -
Idiomas
: Inglés: B2 -
Conocimientos
: SAP (ECC6)
Proven experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of order processing systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Team-oriented, with strong collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook).
English (intermediate level; additional European languages are a plus.
