· Own the end-to-end payroll process for UK, Spain, France, and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
· Collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth payroll execution
· Review and validate payroll inputs/outputs, including salary, benefits, deductions, taxes, and statutory reporting
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting obligations in each assigned country
· Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger accounts; support accounting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
· Act as the regional subject matter expert for assigned payrolls and provide back-up support for other EMEA payrolls
Process Improvement & Technology
· Partner with the global payroll team to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
· Leverage payroll technologies and tools (experience with ADP Streamline a plus) to drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
· Champion continuous improvement and standardization across EMEA payroll operations
Compliance & Audit
· Support internal, external, and statutory audits with accurate documentation and timely responses
· Stay current on local legislation, taxation changes, and employment regulations across assigned payrolls

: Grado -
Idiomas
: Francés: B2, Inglés: C1 -
Conocimientos
: sap, adp, workday y ceridian, french & portuguese market -
Experiencia
: 7 años
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
· 7+ years of progressive multi-country payroll experience, with strong expertise inUK and/or Spain payroll; experience in France and Portugal is required
· Deep understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
· Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Ceridian); ADP Stre amline strongly preferred
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to collaborate across HR, Finance, and external vendors
· Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable working in a matrixed global environment
· Fluency in English and business level French required.
