    Matrix: With the tool in its infancy, you will need to support the Planning and Insights Senior Manager to really make an impact and drive decision making with the tool in the following areas: ·         Matrix Refresh:  Work with PR Spain Data Stewards to ensure Matrix refreshes are complete in a timely and efficient way.   Learn through the first monthly refreshes and push for continuous optimisation to the refresh process with a view to make it as frictionless as possible. ·         Matrix optimisations:  Work closely with data scientists at HQ and internal teams/data stewards/agencies to implement the road map to optimise the tool.   ·         Training and support: Working with Planning and Insights Senior Manager, A&P Champions and Data Stewards as required, Train and support relevant teams and agencies on the Matrix Data Collection process, ensuring teams are fully aware of how to accurately capture their spend.   Consultancy: ·         Support brand teams to interpret findings from all marketing effectiveness projects, ensuring one view of the truth is communicated across the business and that results are accounted for within brand plans/media responses.     Reporting to the Planning and Insights Senior Manager, the Marketing Effectiveness Manager has a cross functional role, interacting with: - Strategy and Transformation Team - Marketing and Customer Marketing/Ecommerce Team - A&P champions and Data Stewards - Global Matrix and Extract team - Global Insights Centre of Excellence (COE)Growth Mindset: Forward thinking, embodying a vision that translates into inspiring strategies.
