    Desde Randstad Professionals estamos seleccionando para una importante multinacional líder de su sector (Alimentación/Pharma) un HRBP con al menos 4 años de experiencia en la posición con muy alto nivel de inglés para asumir la responsabilidad de gestión de RRHH en España y Portugal. Multinacional Líder del sector veterinario (Pharma y alimentación) con amplia implantación a nivel Europeo y Mundial (70 países en todo el mundo) con sede global en EE.UU.  En España asumirá la responsabilidad de RRHH, así como la coordinación de RRLL, ADP de España y Portugal y su relación con el resto de HRBPs de otros países. Reportando a la Directora de RRHH Internacional tendrás las siguientes funciones:  Position Description Overview: Relationship with client - partner, consultant, coach Focus of activity ¿ Providing business-partnering support and overseeing HR activities at the cluster level, member of the cluster lead team and EMEA HR LT. Where time is spent - Understanding the business realities, providing people insights and linkages, counseling supervisors and coordinating HR activities with significant time spent on employee relations, operational and transformation matters. 1) Maintaining the relationship with and acting as the main contact point with regional HR, Compensation, ESC partners to build robust mechanisms and processes of work in the 2 countries in the cluster. 2) Focus on delivering the cluster people plan, acting as change agent and challenging and coaching managers through transformation and transition to new Elanco 3) Maintain good employee relations and own the ER/employee representation processes in the countries in the cluster Key Objectives: Insights and solutions ¿ Develop a business understanding of the cluster countries, context and risks using these insights to a) influence leaders and b) turn insight into people plans and solutions, embedding these to meet organizational needs now and in the future. ¿ Lead the efficient delivery and evaluation of significant ongoing, annual and planned `one-off¿ people programs and projects. ¿ Coach and build capability of supervisors to handle situations with skill rather than managing the issue for them as well as anticipate and pre-empt organization issues Develop a business understanding of the cluster countries, context and risks using these insights to a) influence leaders and b) turn insight into people plans and solutions, embedding these to meet organizational needs now and in the future. Leading HR ¿ Works as a role-model leader.¿ Influence others by displaying strong leadership capability - support, develop and measure team members - ¿ Advise and challenge leaders and managers to make better decisions in line with Elanco values¿ Continually seek and act on feedback and coaching to learn and develop as a professional, taking responsibility for your own development¿ Lead employee relations as per local labour law requirements Operations ¿ Oversee the change management to a new operating model for HR at Elanco ¿ Oversee Contribute and partner on infrastructure work generated by transition to new Elanco including set up of new payroll platforms, rewards programs, employees databases and service centers awareness.¿ Ensure adherence to local legislation and maintain employee representative groups¿ Own and develop local policies¿ Perform required payroll tasks that need a local intervention . ¿ Provide input into monthly payroll run by ensuring all new employee/leaver da-ta is correct¿ Collaborate with E&C to ensure compliance with company policies and anchor appropriate culture and behaviours. Resourcing and talent planning ¿ Ensure supervisors are equipped to own and run recruitment processes¿ Educate supervisors on associated ESC processes¿ Partner with the GM to design the talent agenda for the cluster¿ Work in partnership with senior managers to identify talent then implement and embed talent management processes.

    Nuestro cliente, una importante multinacional, busca incorporar un/a HRBP para su oficinas ubicadas en Alcobendas.  Reportando a Dirección de Recursos Humanos, las funciones principales de la posición son:  - Formación y desarrollo. Análisis de necesidades, seguimiento de carreras, encuestas de clima laboral, fijación de objetivos.  - Relaciones laborales: contacto con los sindicatos y negociaciones.  - Análisis de costes de personal y estructuración de los mismos.  - Asesoramiento a los gerentes en el área salarial, promociones, beneficios, etc.  - Selección de personal y gestión del onboarding.
