We are looking for our People Operations Specialist working from our Barcelona office. You are part of our global Rewards & People Operations team. This position provides a unique opportunity for you to act and work as the owner and first point of contact regarding our local People processes and policies (HR) for our Barcelona hub, while also playing a big role in global projects.
That starts at the recruitment process, but you step in from the moment people are being onboarded.
You take care of all administrative touchpoints throughout the employee journey, with support of our HR Assistant. This includes creating all employment-related documents, ensuring a correct and complete payroll administration and keeping all employee files and our HR system up-to-date.
You will drive the local implementation of global People Operations projects from our Barcelona office. Ensuring clear communications and thoughtful delivery of changes and new developments
You ensure company compliance and create more efficiency in our People processes as we prepare for- and realize our growth objectives
You will act as the main point of contact for employees for queries regarding payroll and benefits, sick cases, special leave requests and employee documents.
You will advise our People Business Partners regarding local labor law and specific employee cases that require more attention, but should also be able to act as a voice of reason for the entire workforce in Barcelona
You will join our HR generalist in recurring meetings with the Works Council.
You will coordinate relocation processes and temporary assignments for our new joining colleagues that venture to Spain.

Experiencia
: 3 años
You have multiple years of experience owning and executing the full employee lifecycle
You have at least a Bachelors degree. Ideally in the field of HR and/or organizational structures
You bring experience with payroll; either having been (end)responsible for the payroll process yourself or having worked together closely with a Payroll Specialist
You feel comfortable advising on and explaining processes and policies to different (high demanding) stakeholders.
You have worked in a remote role before, being part of a global People/HR team.
You enjoy working in a fast-growing, fast-paced innovative environment, where you can bring structure and efficiency.
You¿re fluent in both English and Spanish in both speaking as well as writing
